Guests are kindly asked to book their own flights. We recommend landing in Cancun, Mexico no later than September 3rd to allow time for rest before the wedding.

getting to the resort - private transportation

Free airport transfers are included when you book at least three nights on The Finest’s official website or reservation centre. Each room gets one private round-trip transfer. Plan your arrival and departure with your roommate(s).

Transfers run between Cancun International Airport and Finest Playa Mujeres and must be booked at least four weeks before arrival through Seasons Tours. Use the transfer link in your reservation confirmation email. If you can’t find that email, email Seasons Tours at transfers@seasonstours.com with the hotel name, name on the reservation, reservation number, all flight details, and number of guests in the room.

At the airport, ignore people trying to sell transport, tours, or car rentals. Go outside where Seasons Transfers staff will be waiting with a sign. Contact us with any questions.
